Hi, I'm Diana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience and a leadership background in women's digital health. I specialize in women's mental health during midlife, perimenopause, and menopause.I help women experiencing anxiety, mood changes, and identity shifts find clarity and emotional steadiness. You do not have to navigate these transitions alone. I offer grounded, collaborative support so you can move beyond surviving this season and begin feeling like yourself again.
