About Diana
Midlife & Menopause Support
I have always felt called to work with women navigating life transitions. Over the years, I have been especially drawn to understanding how mental health is shaped not only by relationships, family systems, and cultural expectations, but also by the very real hormonal and physiological changes women experience.
My own experiences have been a huge part of my desire to help others. My personal journey with intense hormonal cycles started in my teens, when they really impacted my emotional well-being and daily life. When I was diagnosed with PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) as a young adult, finding support felt impossible. Doctors didn't offer much help, and I was left with limited resources to address the overwhelming physical and mental symptoms. Every month was a struggle just to get through.
Motherhood intensified those challenges, and the hormonal shifts affected not only me, but my family. When perimenopause began, symptoms became more severe and unpredictable, ultimately leading to an emergency hysterectomy.
Menopause brought new symptoms including hot flashes, brain fog, migraines, and vertigo. It tested me in ways I had never experienced before, but over time I found effective tools, support, and strength.
Today, I help women navigate these transitions with evidence based therapy, practical tools, and compassionate support.
Midlife and menopause can feel confusing and overwhelming. You do not have to navigate this alone. I am here to support you with clarity and care.

Women experience major life transitions where emotional, mental, and physical health are deeply connected. Hormonal shifts during these periods can significantly affect how we feel and function.

My goal is to support not only your emotional wellbeing, but also the physical realities that are often overlooked in traditional therapy.

Yes. Research shows that online therapy is as effective as in person therapy for treating anxiety and depression. Virtual sessions also offer flexibility and privacy, which many women appreciate during busy midlife years. My online CBT approach remains structured, interactive, and collaborative, even in a virtual setting.
