Therapy & Coaching for Women in Perimenopause, Menopause & Midlife Transitions
Feeling more anxious, irritable, or unlike yourself lately—and not sure why?
Hormonal shifts during perimenopause and menopause can affect your mood, anxiety, and sense of self in ways that feel confusing and hard to explain. You’re not imagining it, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and structured coaching for women navigating the emotional and psychological shifts of midlife. Together, we’ll clarify what you’re experiencing and determine the most appropriate level of support for where you are right now.
Therapy is available via secure video in NY, NJ, PA, SC, IL, IN, and MO. Coaching is available nationwide.
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to talk through what you’re experiencing and whether therapy or coaching is the right fit.

Therapy & Coaching:
What’s the Difference?
Therapy (Clinical Support)
When therapy may be helpful:
Anxiety, mood changes, or increased irritability
Emotional shifts related to perimenopause or menopause
Feeling unlike yourself or navigating identity changes
Sleep disruption, overwhelm, or persistent stress
When you want deeper clinical support and understanding
How therapy works:
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with a focus on how hormonal changes may be impacting mood, thoughts, and behavior. This is a clinical service and may include diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions, while supporting meaningful and lasting change.
Coaching (Structured, Goal-Oriented Support)
When coaching may be helpful:
Support during midlife, perimenopause, or menopause
Guidance through identity or life transitions
Greater clarity around goals and next steps
Practical tools for managing stress, overwhelm, or burnout
A collaborative space for reflection and forward movement
How coaching works:
Coaching sessions are structured and goal oriented, focusing on clarity, accountability, and measurable progress. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and paced to support sustainable change. Coaching is non-clinical and does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
