Hi, I’m Diana, a licensed psychotherapist and coach dedicated to helping women navigate life transitions and find lasting well-being. For over 25 years, I’ve worked with countless women as they’ve rebuilt confidence, found emotional balance, and redefined their sense of self. My unique approach to therapy and coaching provides you with the practical tools and compassionate support you need to feel empowered and live a life you love.

My Approach

Going through perimenopause and menopause is one of the biggest and most difficult transitions in a woman's life cycle, and it often takes more than a traditional therapy approach to feel supported. This stage brings a mix of emotional ups and downs along with physical symptoms that can be exhausting and frustrating.

That is why I created a specialized way of working with women that looks at the whole picture. My approach combines cognitive behavioral techniques, practical tools and supportive strategies that address both the body and the mind, helping you feel more balanced, clear, and confident as you move through this season of life.
